Getting Your Order Ready
Once your order is placed, we get to work! Processing takes 1-3 business days to package and hand off to the carrier. During peak times, processing may extend up to 7 days (we want everything to be perfect!), but we’ll keep you updated.
When Will Your Goodies Arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location and kick in once the carrier takes it from us. Here’s a quick rundown of delivery times based on where you live.
Standard Shipping:
🇦🇺 Australia: 7-12 Business Days
🇺🇸 United States: 9-14 Business Days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-13 Business Days
Please note that busy seasons and holidays might cause slight delays. International orders may experience customs delays too, which can stretch delivery times beyond what’s estimated.

Accuracy matters! Be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If something's off, it could delay things, and nobody wants that. If there’s an issue, reach out within 24 hours at support@virdora.com. We’ll do our best to adjust details, but changes after this time may not be possible.

Missing Packages?
If your package goes missing or is stolen, reach out to us at support@virdora.com. We recommend contacting the courier directly for a claim. Though not responsible for these occurrences, we’re here to assist and can work with the courier to resolve the issue. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement.
