At Virdora, we’re dedicated to helping you say goodbye to bug bites and enjoy relief that lasts. We’re sure you’ll love our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we ask that you give them a solid 14-day try. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back window, you’re still unsatisfied, just drop us a line at support@virdora.com.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll handle your cancellation. After that, your order’s likely already processing. If canceled in time, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Our 60-Day Peace-of-Mind Promise
We want you to feel the Virdora difference! If you’re not happy after at least 14 days of use, you’re welcome to return your order anytime within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that any original shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Received Damaged Items?
Our products are packed with care! If something arrives damaged (not just the packaging), let us know within 72 hours by emailing support@virdora.com with a photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Note: We don’t cover damage from normal wear or misuse.
About Shipping and Delivery
While we work to ensure timely deliveries, some delays are beyond our control (e.g., customs or courier issues). If you experience delivery problems, please reach out to the courier first. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
